All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

To ensure quality and freshness, our spreads are carefully packaged before shipment. Please note that extreme weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Damaged items during transit
- Incorrect items received
- Quality issues upon arrival
